- Unloading deliveries from trucks and loading goods onto trucks for shipping.
- Ensuring items are handled with care to prevent damage and placed in the correct storage areas.

Inventory Control:
- Storing products in designated storage areas and organizing inventory in a manner that maximizes space.
- Assisting with inventory counts, and recording any discrepancies in the inventory management system.
- Ensuring products are stacked safely and securely on pallets.

Quality and Safety Checks:
- Inspecting the forklift and other material-handling equipment before use, reporting any maintenance issues, and ensuring the machinery is in good working order.
- Following all safety protocols to prevent accidents, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) like helmets, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
- Keeping the work environment clean and free of hazards to maintain safety.

Shipping and Receiving Support:
- Preparing materials for shipment by gathering and moving goods as needed.
- Assisting in the proper documentation of goods received or shipped, including labeling and tagging products.
- Occasionally working alongside other warehouse staff to verify order accuracy and prepare shipments.

Communication:
- Coordinating with warehouse supervisors, shipping, and receiving teams to ensure timely movement of goods and that operations run smoothly.
- Reporting any issues or delays in the workflow to supervisors.

Maintaining Equipment:
- Performing basic maintenance and cleaning on forklifts, such as checking fluid levels, cleaning filters, and inspecting tires.
- Reporting any need for more extensive repairs or maintenance to the maintenance team.
